Description
In 1979 the publisher of Penthouse Magazine, Bob Gucionne, had started to erect the steel structure for this Atlantic City casino. He planned to use the revenue from his recently released porc epic titled “Caligula” to finance the construction of this project. When Caligula bombed at the box office the project languished and died but was later acquired by Donald Trump in 1983.
