Description
1500 Mission Street is a reinforced concrete industrial building built by the White Motor Company in 1925. In 1941, the building was remodeled in the Streamlined Moderne style based designs by architect Jesse Shelton. It is composed of a two‐story bulkhead building with an approximately 85‐foot‐tall clock tower and a rear one‐story warehouse. Mission Street is 11 bays wide, 11th Street is 14 bays wide, and the west elevation is occupied by loading docks. The north elevation abuts the adjacent building.
